Although it is hard to believe, another successful year of H2I Youth Group is already coming to a close. After a great April, with events like our annual Chocolate Seder and a meaningful Yom HaShoah program, we’re gearing up for a fun-filled final month of programming! Our USYers spent last weekend (April 25-27) at METNY Regional Convention at Hudson Valley Resort electing their new Regional Board and bidding farewell to the graduating seniors. They will have many more opportunities to see their friends from around New York in coming weeks, with Divisional Elections, a Senior Overnight, and a Freshman Overnight all taking place in May. Back at H2I, we’ll kick off the month of May with Israeli Iron Chef on May 4 to celebrate Yom Ha’Atzmaut, and, after a week off for Mother’s Day, wrap up the year with special programming on May 18 for Lag B’Omer. Our USYers will have our Chapter Board Elections and Dinner later in the month or in early June, and more information will be available shortly.
